Contact · RFQ
Contact RAN TOYS for wholesale baby toys.
Share the category, market and quantity you have in mind. We will reply with the next useful question.
A clear first message helps
Start with the shelf, not the SKU list.
You do not need a finished product brief. A target category, market, age band and approximate volume are enough to start.
What to include in an RFQ
Tell us whether you are a retailer, distributor, importer, classroom buyer or gift business. Add the category you are exploring, intended age band, target country, approximate quantity, packaging preference and desired timing. If you have a reference image, target price or existing assortment, include that context as well.
What happens next
The sales team reviews the request, confirms the relevant product direction and follows up on the details that change a quote: MOQ, FOB assumptions, carton plan, lead time, packaging, labeling and destination-market document discussion. Final commercial terms remain specific to the approved SKU and order plan.
For a faster conversation, use one message for one buying project. That keeps the category, quantity and market together when the request is reviewed.
What the team can review
RAN TOYS can use an initial message to sort the next step. A category question may lead to a shortlist of product records. A packaging question may need a logo, language, dimensions or channel example. A logistics question may need a quantity, carton preference and target timing. A quality question should identify the product, age range, destination and the document or inspection point you want to discuss.
- Early learning, sensory and teething, bath and activity, wooden or soft formats.
- Retail, gift, classroom, distributor or bulk sales context.
- Material, finish, care, packaging, labeling or language direction.
- MOQ, FOB, carton quantity, lead time and repeat-order questions.
- Destination-market document or QC questions for the selected SKU.
Before you press send
Check that the country or region is included, the email or phone number is correct and the message explains the decision you are trying to make. If the range is still open, say what you are comparing. If you already have a reference product, include its SKU or image. The form is designed for a business conversation, not an online checkout, so there is no payment step and no automatic promise of stock or price.

A better first conversation
Separate the product question from the order question.
A buyer may be asking two things at once: whether a product belongs in the range and whether the order can work commercially. Keeping both visible helps the team respond clearly. Start with the product question by naming the category, age band, play action, material preference and sales channel. Then add the order question by sharing quantity, packaging direction, destination, timing and the carton or replenishment plan.
For early-learning and Montessori-inspired formats, describe whether the buyer is looking for grasping, stacking, sorting, fitting, building or city-play concepts. For sensory and teething formats, mention the surface, grip, sound, attachments, cleaning and age questions. For bath, wooden, plush or mixed assortments, explain the care, finish, fabric, filling, drainage, pack or gift-set issue that needs review. This makes the request specific without requiring a buyer to know every SKU before contact.
When the sales team returns options, compare them in one table or brief: SKU, name, category, age guidance, material, pack, MOQ, unit price, carton quantity, lead time, FOB assumption and open document or QC questions. If an item is for a private label program, add logo, language, artwork, target market and quantity details. If it is a repeat order, attach the approved reference and identify only the changes you want to make.
Questions the sales team may ask back
- Which market and sales channel will receive the assortment?
- What age band and play action should the buyer understand?
- What quantity, pack format and desired timing should guide the quote?
- Which material, care, finish, labeling or document question needs confirmation?
- Do you need retail-ready, gift, classroom, bulk or private-label packaging?
A follow-up question is part of the sourcing process, not a failure of the first message. It helps keep the quote grounded in an approved product and a real buying plan. Use the category pages, wholesale planning guide, factory workflow, OEM brief guide and quality checklist if you want to prepare before sending.
